The views were what made this property stand out online, and sure enough they didn't disappoint in real life. We got treated to a beautiful sunset with stunning views every evening. A gorgeous patrolled beach with very fine black sand is right outside the property, and there is direct access to the beach promenade. The Pool are is beautiful, extensive and very well kept, also with the property's signature views. Sunbeds were abundant and disinfected every morning in line with the local hygiene regulations. Working from Gran Canaria to escape the lockdown at home, we stayed in one of the long-stay apartments on levels 1 and 2. The internet is wifi only (no ethernet socket in the room) but it proved to be fast enough to work most of the time. Occasional slowdowns occured but these were not the fault of the hotel. The views from all apartments are stunning but, being located on the ground level, as participants of the long-stay offer, we found it a little bit annoying that other guests walking past could look directly into our room and terrace area. The apartment itself was perfectly fine with a big bathroom and very comfortable bed. If one wanted to be really picky there are a few features left over from pre-renovation days that could do with updating such as the wardrobe or a ghastly yellow tinted window in the kitchen area - but honestly this is nothing major and the views reward for any small shortcomings like that. As part of the long stay offer our cleaning service was weekly but very thorough and friendly, and fresh towels were provided twice a week. Reception staff also were very courteous, competent and helpful. There is no private parking but we always managed to park our car nearby. With San Agustín's lovely restaurants, supermarket and even a gym within walking distance, this is probably one of the best accommodations you can find on the island.

Wow, what an beautiful place to stay. I could not recommend it more. We stayed for a week and had an amazing holiday. The apartment was immaculately clean and everything in the apartment is excellent quality but the most impressive thing about staying here is the stunning balcony with breathtaking views. The staff were very nice and made our stay very comfortable. We cannot wait to return here again for another great holiday.

Nice apartments with a beautiful view! Rooms are tidy and clean, and it has all the amenities you need, a simple kitchen, couch, bedroom (ours was a two room) The staff there are helpful and friendly, but you are mostly on your own. Which I liked! There is a short 4 minutes walk down to the beach, and around 6 minutes walk to a small but nice spar store. San augustin was very calm and nice as well, a perfect place for a nice not too costly getaway.

It was just perfect! Our apartment was big, with a big terrace and one extra with sunbeds. The pool is small but clean. The beach is 50 m from hotel and the view is to die for. Stuff is very friendly, always there to help and make you feel welcome. We will be back for sure, waiting out this crazy phandemic situation.

Great apartment hotel. You have to use some stairs because the elevator don't run up and down the whole hotel. But that is not a problem for most. The view is one of the best in San Augustine. It is supposed to be 18 and above only. But there where obviously younger people there. Everything else was great.

This is a beautiful part of gran canaria. The hotel is very clean and modern. Set in a breath taking tranquil location. The staff are helpful and friendly. A great asset to the hotel. It is adult only. Not too far from Playa de ingles and a lovely walk about 25-30 minutes to get there. I would definitely recommend Buganvilla apart hotel to anyone.
