Great hotel with very spacious rooms. Very well equipped kitchen and beautiful balcons. The room was excellently clean, the staff at the reception is very friendly and everyone had a great smile that you can feel even through their mask. There is a shop in the building with many groceries and very good prices. Restaurant is also inexpensive. The pool is huge and water is at an enjoyable temperature, I believe they do heat the water a little bit which is great for the winter months. All in all, it's and excellent price-value option which will definitely surpass your expectations. Only advise I would like to give to the hotel: include coffee machines in the room. I had my own because I read the reviews prior to my check-in but my whole experience would have turned negative if I couldn't have coffee in my room. Its a basic!

We have spent two weeks here. Staff are excellent and really friendly. The place and pool are especially clean and maintained staff come quickly for any problems. Will suit families who like a pool holiday as activities are away from the hotel. However there is lots to do not far away with a cheap taxi or even cheaper bus.

I stayed here with my wife and 2 boys last week. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this hotel, staff and location. We had an absolutely fabulous holiday. Thank you to the staff who were always accommodating and helpful from reception, lady cleaning our room, to the restaurant and the workers in the mini supermarket which was so well stocked you wouldn’t have to go anywhere else, fresh produce daily, outstanding! My wife and I also used the spa within the hotel for treatments, these were flawless and very reasonably priced too. The pool and gardens which includes and playground and water play area for the kids were immaculately kept and cleaned thoroughly every morning. The general area of Bahia Feliz was stunningly beautiful with a small shopping area and picturesque square where you could easily eat out at high quality restaurants every night with choice of Indian, Chinese, Italian, Spanish and steakhouses. Again I cannot say how great a time we had there, it may not be for all with it’s quite localness but for us it was perfect and at the heart of it all was the Monte Feliz. Thank you so much and I will be emailing you direct soon to book up for 2 weeks next year instead of the 1 we did last week. You are an absolute credit to your local area and Gran Canaria in general.

Beautiful hotel lovely rooms. Great staff and helpful staff and management. Lovely meal and lot to choose of food and eat as much as you like. Great for kids food. This was a birthday holiday for me. I personally loved this place. The apartment was lovely, had a great sea view. The food was nice enough and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I also received a complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday from the manager, which was an unexpected but lovely gesture. I would stay with them again.
